SC: I know that Otmar met with Vijay, and I was there as well and Vijay gave his view and Otmar wants to share that view with you as well. We can talk about this now, or we can wait until Otmar is there.

TCR: You just tell me your opinion, what came out of it. For sure Emanuel needs to be there, no question.

SC: Vijay is not comfortable with the total amount of the commission, he feels very uncomfortable about that. He said why giving these guys 10-12 million Euros for making a phone call. I don't think its a case of you guys not being rewarded for it, I think it is the total amount.

I know that BWT, and I have spoken to them as well. That is the discussion with Otmar. Ultimately it is not my decision it is Otmar’s decision.

Let us have a friendly chat about it, just to say look, you obviously have to be rewarded. But I think Vijay just said 10-12, no way I am not paying that. It is not my call. I have a boss and they tell my what they wanna do. They say commission agreement is not signed, it wasn't signed. Ultimately it is always the decision, even in the commission agreement is subject to the COO’s final approval. They want to have a discussion and make sure you guys are looked after. What that is I don’t know, that is completely up to Otmar. We haven't discussed the amount, but I think it is a very good idea that Emanuel is coming so that the four of us can sit down.
